Wasn't it Pepe Le Pew who used to say "Le sigh..."? I am both hoping and not hoping right now that you have missed me, and noticed I have been distinctly absent for a while from my blogging and fabric reporting duties. There is a good, and exciting reason, but unfortunately none of those reasons can be revealed quite yet.
What I can tell you is what I haven't been doing, and that is sewing. After finishing up Fox Faces III, I have been definitely away from my machine, and I have missed her so! I can tell you some of the things I have been doing, the one taking the most of my time is totally cleaning out and rearranging my sewing studio space, putting together about 1 literal ton of furniture, and writing. All of this will be revealed in time, hopefully within the next week or two!
I think it's needless to say that no fabric has come in or out in the last two weeks (since I last did a fabric report). Here is a run down, just so you're well informed, but I warn you, it's pretty ugly at this point! :)

It does seem like the late winter is always a down time for me as far as productivity goes, sewing wise. This year it has definitely been occupied by other things! However, I am going to get some time, hopefully later tonight and tomorrow afternoon to lock myself away and sew sew sew... My soul has missed it, even though I'm happy to be doing what I'm doing most days, I do feel it when I'm not sewing all the time. Anyhow, I am hoping that things start to return to a more normal very quickly around here so that I can spend more time playing with fabric and talking to all of you!
Hope you're still sewing it up out there! Take Care, and until we meet again:
