Another Fabric Stash Friday!

The Friday before Christmas has arrived!  I can hardly believe how quickly this year has gone by!  It seems like just yesterday that I was starting my fabric tracking!  I will not be blogging next week as I will be on vacation, and enjoying the Holidays with my hubby.

So, I actually finished two quilts this week!  I had two orders come into my shop and rather than mess with them around the holidays, I pushed and got them out on Tuesday.  So I did take some fabric out of the stash.  The numbers panned out like this:

Fabric in this week:  0
Fabric out this week:  2.777
Net Fabric this week:  -2.777
Net Fabric 2017:  -30.743

So two things are really exciting about that!  One is, it's the end of the year, and I have achieved my goal.  I have taken more fabric out of my stash than I have brought in.  And two, OVER THIRTY YARDS!  Over 30 yards of my fabric has a home in a quilt now and is no longer just sitting on my shelves collecting dust.  I know that it's not huge numbers but for me, they are really significant.  My totals for the year look like this:

Total Fabric Bought:  136.362
Total Fabric Used:  167.105

So I am working on my goals for next year, I still need to do some thinking, reflecting, and distilling before I write them up next week, however, I am hoping to get those published next week, even on vacation.

So I hope you have a safe and happy Holiday season, much love and light, and until next time:
